Center for Teaching & Learning

The Center for Teaching & Learning (CTL) was founded in 2022, with the aim of promoting excellence and innovation in teaching and learning at Ӱý, by providing faculty with training in up-to-date pedagogical methods.

Through the CTL’s offerings, faculty participate in professional development training to reflect on their current practice and strengthen their skills, thereby improving the learning experience for Ӱý students.

Data collected from faculty through annual satisfaction surveys, at new faculty orientation, and following professional development events are used to assess the efficacy of CTL activities and shape the institutional debate on instructional development at Ӱý.
